| Subject: [RESULTS UP!!] ASSIGNMENT 1 ~Animal Power~ Tue Aug 07, 2012 4:42 pm | |
| [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Hello top 14 and welcome to the very first assignment of SimEssence Next Top Model. You made it to the top 14 because of your amazing talent. Now is your chance to shine! For the first assignment, everyone has been assigned an animal. Your job for this assignment is to create a headshot OR bodyshot of your model portraying the animal she is assigned to. Let your imagination and creativity take over to create something exotic that stands out.
**NOTE about Scoring: There is a possibility with our scoring that we will keep an individual with a lower score versus someone with a higher score due to the overall photo being superior and the individual improving more throughout the course of the cycle**
There are 2 ways of doing this assignment:
1. You can portray the animal you were given by emoting it through your model OR 2. You may take a shot with the animal in the photo, (we highly suggest option 1)
The due date for this assignment is Saturday, August 18th, 2012, 12:00 AM Hawaii Time.
Requirements: ~ one photo ~ Headshot or body shot of your model portraying the animal she is assigned (your animal will be Pm’d to you.)
**Do not reveal your animal until you share your picture**
If you have any questions, please let us know ASAP. This is an elimination round.

The Phoenix
Elasticgirl’s Comments: I think you did an excellent job for the first assignment Glam. I love how your model is stunning as always. You did an excellent job editing her hair and the phoenix into the end of her hair. BUT there are several things you can work on. Although I like the pose, I do not like your model’s expression. She looks to sweet and gentle to be a bird of fire. I think if you would’ve given her a more fierce expression in the face you would’ve scored higher on model expression. In addition, I think a different top would’ve been better on your model. Maybe if the flames surrounding her engulfed her in it that would’ve scored you higher. For example, having that shirt just makes your model look like she’s there. Maybe if she were topless but covered in flames it would’ve fit better your scene. Other than that, I love how you added the little crown—it definitely shows the superiority of your animal over others. I would like to say you did an excellent job for the first assignment! Keep up the amazing work!
Nicolla’s Comments: When I first looked at this shot I was like wow! This is Flawless, but then I really saw the amount of detail you put into this photo. There were a couple of difficulties that I couldn’t look past. The first one was the flames, they were way too blurry and did not match the graphics of the photo, and looked very edited in, and didn’t look very realistic, or at least, didn’t look good with the photo. The second thing I got a little annoyed with was the models face! Her make-up was perfect, and the change of contacts was brilliant, but her expression looked a bit blank for me. The hair drawing was fabulous, and I love the crown you gave her, and in the end, I think you had a marvelous photo.
Brook’s Comments: I felt that you didn’t really think out of the box on your idea, it is not very high fashion apart from the makeup and the little amount of the outfit we are able to see. But I really like your hair drawing and I love that the colours match the colourings of the Phoenix’s feathers and that you have the Phoenix being ‘born’ from your hair, but your expression doesn’t give the pride and strength that the Phoenix has, honestly your expression looks a little blank and scared.
Bao: - Spoiler:
The Basilisk
Elasticgirl’s Comments: Your model is stunning as always and it’s amazing how you portrayed her beauty through such a scary and ugly animal. This was definitely a challenge and you totally pulled it off. In addition, I feel like the tattoos incorporated well into this photo, especially since it creates continuity in the photo with her hair and her tongue, fangs, and the venom coming out of her mouth. Now, I was a little confused when looking at this photo. Maybe it’s because you did not provide a description but I do still wonder if your model is representing a basilisk that turns men into stone? I feel like you could’ve blended the scales better into your models skin. It kind of looks like it’s just plastered onto her and definitely not real. In addition, the pose lacks showing fierceness in your model. It just makes her look like she is sly and pretty but not as evil as she is supposed to be. For example, we see the venom and the fangs and the tongue, but how come her facial expression doesn’t portray the same scariness? I just found that a little odd and confusing to the viewer. And I think, just because you did not provide a description as to why there is venom coming out of her mouth like a cloud and a stoned man it was a little harder for me to grasp the meaning of the image. Other than these things, I believe you portrayed the animal you were given in a very smart way. Awesome job!
Nicolla’s Comments: I looked at this shot and I was like! WOAH! This is amazing Bao! It’s so high fashion, I wish Bao's face was a bit more sly and sexy than kinda just "I’m sweet and modeling" which made me a little sad. I think took basilisk, and flew with it! You added the scales, the green breath, and the snake tongue, the tattoos also go perfectly with this picture! I also love the way the hair works in this shot! I love the guy turned to stone! I feel like the background and the people had mixed graphics and didn’t really look believable but otherwise, this shot was amazing!
Brook’s Comments: First of all the scales look really out of place and just stuck there and not blended into your sim at all, they could of used more effort of trying to blend them to your sims skin. Your expression looks too blank, I mean you’ve just petrified someone; you should at least be smirking or maybe looking proud of it... and your style of clothing isn’t very ‘high fashion’ but your hair definitely is! I would’ve liked to see more of the story behind your image.
Imogen: - Spoiler:
The Cat
Elasticgirl’s Comments: Your model is stunning as always Dior, no matter if she has scars across her face or not! I think you captured the essence of this assignment in the makeup but honestly nothing else. I find the background to be very boring as it is only black. In addition, I think you could’ve done more with your models brilliant blue hair. You could’ve made it into a crazy amazing mane that engulfed the space around your model. I understand a cat is a surprisingly very difficult animal to portray but I am not feeling the connection with this photo. If I weren’t told you had a cat, I would only get the hint that maybe the eye shadow meant you had some sort of feline. I would imagine there are so many more possibilities to portray a cat, including the ferociousness of one when angry—which you portrayed through the nails and scratch marks. BUT what would’ve scored you higher points is if your models facial expression matched the ferociousness seen with the nails and scratches. I think you are incredibly talented Dior and I know you have so much more in you than what you put into this assignment. I really hope to see more of your amazing talent in the next assignments!
Nicolla’s Comments: I looked at your shot, and I was a little dis-heartened. You’re amazing, I've seen your pics for your sntm, and we know of your talent and your graphics were so great as always, but I think you fell a little flat here. I love the cat eyes, and the fact that you went for a more natural side of cat, and you still added the eyes and the eye shadow, but otherwise i thought your shot was pretty one-dimensional, and she just looked pretty.
Brook’s Comments: I was quite disappointed with how you played out the cat for your assignment, because, well you don’t really seem to portray it at all, apart from the ‘cat eye eyeliner’, the cat eyes and the nails that could maybe be claws. But the eye shadow would be more fitting for a cheetah or leopard, I understand that you had a difficult animal to portray but I would’ve liked to see something more interesting. I like your expression though, like your smirking after you’ve just made a hunt or something.
Farah: - Spoiler:
The Lynx
Elasticgirl’s Comments: Beautiful job Alex! I have to say, this animal fits your model PERFECTLY because of her angular narrow eyes and her new makeover. I really like the pose you chose for your model and the subtle makeup. I do find though her brown nose a tad bit odd—I would assume you were trying to capture the dark muzzle of a lynx in the makeup on her nose. Nevertheless, I think the fur wrapped around her and the snow and nails are an awesome addition. I think though, that you could’ve had a more exciting background maybe more related to the snowy landscape they inhabit. In addition, you could’ve narrowed the image on the sides and cropped all the excess background. I just feel like because of that your model kind of blended into the background and did not stand out. In addition, it would’ve been ideal if you added some shadow around the model and maybe defined her cheekbone with some shading. Other than that, I think you made an amazing start to this competition! Keep up the amazing work and I am sure you can make it very very far!!
Nicolla’s Comments: I think this is probably one of my favorites! I love the hair and the makeup you gave her, and I love how you added the darkness to her nose to really emote the Lynx, I like how you incorporated the fur. The face is sweet yet alert like a Lynx, but i feel the background lacked creativity, and the hand that was showing looked way to big. This is a very good shot in the end!
Brook’s Comments: Well I can definitely see the Lynx within your picture, the colourings of the fleece or coat you have over your shoulder its perfect, and the background shows us where the Lynx is from with the snow and the wood. I love how you blackened her nose to make her seem more ‘animalistic’ and you’re right she does have a cat-like stare in her eyes. The only thing I don’t like is the leopard print outfit you chose, it takes her from Lynx to Leopard all of a sudden, and it should have been more of a plain cream colour. Overall I'm quite pleased with the turn out.
Elizabeth: - Spoiler:
The Dragon
Elasticgirl’s Comments: I am so surprised you captured the beauty in your model with this animal! It is definitely a hard animal and you almost nailed it perfectly! I love how her forehead is covered in red scales and the smoke is filtering from her nose. I also love her fierce and beautiful eyes. You also put her thick eyebrows to perfect use as they added a fierce expression to her face. BUT I think what you lost points on is your model’s expression. You are right, the model must be fierce to represent a dragon but I think if her eyes were more like slits and narrowed it would be perfect. I am also a tad bit confused as to why you have the two streaks of red scales on her chin—it’s just a bit awkward. Also, I feel like you could’ve done more with the background such as filling it with flames or something that is a distinguishing characteristic of dragons—even if it was a pair of scraggly wings! Other than that, this is an amazing first photo and I am truly shocked. Stunning job!
Nicolla’s Comments: This is amazing Eli! So High Fashion, and the make-up made her look AMAZING! I love how much detail went into the scales! Amazing! The expression was a bit confusing to me though, I couldn’t tell whether she was angry, or maybe she was a bit sweet, and I didn’t understand it. I gave you a point above the relativity to assignment, because this was above and beyond! I mean the steam coming out of her nose, the horns, and the scales, were too perfect. The HQ quality was a good idea. Elizabeth looks amazing, and I think this picture exceeds the expectations.
Brook’s Comments: All I can say is WOW! Just from one look it screams ‘dragon’ and I see you went for a kind of Chinese dragon look with the reds and yellows. It’s great that you didn’t simply use Photoshop brushes for your makeup and that it is all hand drawn, and your expression really shows the fierceness of the Dragon with your intense stare in your gold eyes. The only thing I'm not too sure on is the horns, they look a little too stuck there, I think there should have been more shadowing where it meets the hair.
Charlie: - Spoiler:
The Coyote
Elasticgirl’s Comments: Wow your model is beautiful! I love the outfit, hairstyle, makeup and pose. Your model definitely looks like she is hungry for killing and she looks like she is howling up into the sky. But there are a few things that can be touched up upon. Although I love the pose, if we saw your model’s face it would’ve been perfect. I feel like I am disconnected from the photo and your model is not attracting me to the photo. In addition, the pose makes your models torso and midsection look a little awkward. I can also see the pixels in the background and that it is blurry. A tip for the future is that although you did a superbly amazing job editing your model into the background, the background should always be sharp and not pixelated—even if you have to stretch it a little. Other than those few things, I think your model is stunning, the pose is cool, and the whole outfit is awesome. And I love the dead bird (I think that’s what it is). It was an excellent touch and definitely showed well the emotions and vengeance of the animal.
Nicolla’s Comments: I was expecting so much from you in this photo, you were spectacular for SFTNF, and so I was thinking she's gonna win this one but in the end, i was a little let down when I saw Your picture. I think, the hair is great, and the idea is great, the idea just wasn’t produced correctly. It was creative with the fur and the area too, but the shoulder pads don’t match the angle, I wasn’t sure about the yawn, There are crimps in her stomach and there are crimps in her ankles which makes it look unrealistic. The quality of the sim and background match each other well, but her face was a little low on quality, and in the end I was just a little disappointed.
Brook’s Comments: Love this! Your image is definitely my favourite with the relativity to your animal, the Coyote. The only flaw is that her head look humongous in contrast to how small and skinny her body looks, it just looks strange. But I like how it shows the ‘naughtiness’ of the Coyote as it steals food from other animals and the colourings are just right, just not the background! It originated from North America but ranges throughout Canada now. I love to see what you have for the next assignment if you make it!
Heather: - Spoiler:
The Swan
Elasticgirl’s Comments: Heather I love how beautiful your model is and how you captured her beauty through this animal. I love her eyes and the connection the viewer has with her and her eyes. I also think the feathers are a good touch although I do not like how that one big feather kind of covers a large portion of her face. I feel there are many things though that you can improve on in this photo. For one, the lips could’ve been edited better. There is no depth or realism to them and they look rather flat—especially with the outline around the lips. In addition, I think with a swan there is so much more one can do than just place some feathers nicely in the photo. If I wasn’t told you had a swan, I would think you had some kind of bird with lots of feathers. I also feel as if you could’ve done something with the background or maybe covered your model in feathers from her shoulders down because you left that whole space rather empty and boring. Other than that, I think you did a very good job for the first assignment. If you keep up the work and keep improving, there is no doubt you will become superbly amazing!
Nicolla’s Comments: I've seen your work and seen how amazing you can be and I was expecting a bit more from you as well. You’re an amazing editor and all, but some places in this photo I wasn’t able to overlook. I don’t think I'd see this in a High Fashion magazine unfortunately and the quality in some places were pretty bad. I like the orange lips like the beak of a swan but it looks a little crappy, and the highlights don’t look amazing either. The little feathers on the left side look very low in quality, and so do her eyebrows. I do think you were very creative with this though!
Brook’s Comments: Well, I can see the Swan in your model, with the white feathers and the poorly drawn orange lipstick it looks really fake, it just looks a bit rushed and the feathers are blobbed all over the place very messily, I think you went a little brush happy on your image. But I like the dark eye makeup it kind of reminds me of Black Swan! But really I think you could have done better, it looks very rushed.
Kea: - Spoiler:
The Crow Elasticgirl’s Comments: I absolutely love this photo! Think you portrayed the crow to near perfection! Your model is stunning with her facial expression and pose—I absolutely love the black makeup dripping down her face—it looks as if she is crying black feathers. I also like your model walking down the stairs that disappear into the clouds with the caged crow. But that does confuse me a little. I wonder, why is your model walking down a spiral staircase in the middle of the clouds with a crow in a cage? I thought crows symbolize freedom and adventure—not being caged. Also, I am a little confused as to why it looks like the makeup on your model holding the cage looks like butterfly wings. Don’t get me wrong, it’s gorgeous, but I feel like that makeup is a tad out of place. I love mostly everything else about this photo. I just think you should’ve smoothed more the curve of the stairs disappearing into the clouds. This is probably one of my favorite photos. Awesome job! Nicolla’s Comments: I saw that in most competitions you’re not always at the top of the pack, so I was a little worried but you BLEW ME AWAY with this assignment! Amazing, sad, sweet, dark, and beautiful all in one. The expression and editing were superb and the use of the crow is amazing, I like the tattoo on her arm as well! The quality with the here is a little blurry from the smudge tool, and the stair case is a bit bad in quality. I liked it, although I couldn’t really see the face of the body shot picture . I Also wish you picked more of an elegant long dress for the body shot...this was one of the most creative shots though, and I think you Blew the 'Crow' out of the water. Brook’s Comments: The eye makeup frankly looks terrible, I'm sorry but it’s true, a couple of drawn on lines really can’t be called makeup. The only thing I see that is related to the Crow is the black feather earring and the black feathers raining down. I don’t like the bird ‘tattoo’ it looks very blobbed there and really out of place. But the dress is very high fashion and also the hair that you have matched with it. I’m really quite disappointed.
Justice: - Spoiler:
The Dove
Elasticgirl’s comments: Kosmo this is a beautiful job! I absolutely love the clarity in this photo! I love the wings on your model, the doves in the distance and the few lingering feathers. I also love how your model is holding the doves. I think you did an excellent job on the whole photo and I also think your model’s name Justice fits the symbolism the dove depicts. There are a few thing though, that could be touched up. I feel like the eye shadow is a little freaky and makes your model look like she has bottomless pits as her eyes and then they are just surrounded by a coating of white. I understand if you gave your model contacts or edited the eyes to look like doves eyes but I think it would’ve been better if you stayed with her natural eyes. Also, I think the cloth on her legs could be a little wider; it just seems a little too scanty. And lastly, I think the arch way behind her could be better edited in with maybe more shadows and it could be a little better cropped—I see some white from the original background. Other than these things, you definitely captured the essence and symbolism behind the dove and you definitely captured the angelesque view too. Bravo!
Nicolla’s Comments: Waow...I’m speechless, this is amazing, and I need this shot in my magazine now! Will you work for us?? xD! I saw this and I was like ERHMAGERD! Too much beauty for a shot! This was my ultimate favorite of all the assignments! The way the pose works, the finger claws, holding the dove, on the Greek podiums, the clothing drawing, AMAZING! The expression screamed innocent to me. It was like I’m an innocent dove, don’t hurt me, perfect! I gave you an 11/10 for relativity, same as Elizabeth, because you took dove and just went above and beyond with it! The quality of the grasslands and the arch were a bit bad, but that was like your only stumble for sure.
Brook’s Comments: This is amazing! You can very clearly see the Dove within your picture, even without the doves flying around the one in your hands. And you’re right; I always think of Doves as very peaceful and linked closely with Heaven. Thing I don’t like though is the eye makeup, I looks a little scary, whilst a Dove isn’t a scary animal but I like how you linked the colours of her makeup to the colourings of the dove. But I think her expression looks a bit shocked, like she doesn’t really know what she’s doing. But putting the flaws aside, I just love this!
Jasmine: - Spoiler:
The Gargoyle Elasticgirl’s Comments: I absolutely love this photo! I am amazed about the concept that you tried to show your model coming out of the stone and transforming into the animal at night. You did a superbly excellent job to show the model cracking and forming into her real self. I love how the cracks in her body look almost perfect and match the stone she’s sitting on. The more I look at this photo, the more I like it The only thing I can suggest changing is maybe cropping the rock she’s sitting on better and maybe adding some shadows under her bum. It just looks like she is floating in the air. Also, I am not sure if you intentionally blurred the background but it is just a bit odd being blurred like that. And lastly, I think it would’ve been better if you cropped out more of the background and centered your model more. She is stunning and I think deserves to be the center of attention! Excellent job! I love this photo!!!! Nicolla’s Comments: Fierce to the max. High fashion: Nailed. The expression was a little hard to judge under her stone, but the part where the stone is like coming off from the day time and she awakens in the nighttime...BRILLIANT! You used Gargoyle and FLEW! The quality was ever changing which was where you fell, but otherwise flawless photo! I love the horns, the outfit, the city. Brook’s Comments: I can tell you put quite a lot of effort into this, and it really shows. I love the creativity in this as you put the Gargoyle slowly coming to life, but I don’t really like the wings, they don’t really match the stone colour, they’re a little dark. I love the background you put her in, it seems as though she is high up above everyone else with pride. I think you should work a little more on your shadow, especially on her face and on the rocks.
Persephone: - Spoiler:
The Hyena Elasticgirl’s Comments: Your model is stunning Ez! I love her expression and the fangs. I also love the eye shadow with the spots. The scratch marks on the chin are also an awesome choice! But there are a few things you can improve on. For example, I think it would’ve been better if you just stuck with one face of your model—you do not need the two copies of her to depict a scene. In addition I think having the model that is making the most connection with the viewer upside down is kind of hard to focus on. It is a little dizzying. And lastly I feel like although the fangs are an awesome touch, vampires have those types of fangs—not really hyenas. I am glad you captured the aspect of the “laughing” through the hyenas and think you portrayed it well but other than that, there were a few things you could’ve tweaked to make this photo the best of the week. Good job but I know you can do so much more! Nicolla’s Comments: I think this is SO High-Fashion! I like the way you went with this although, I think Hyena's are too over the top, and you didn’t roll with that, which made me a bit sad . I like how you went a different way with this assignment! The quality of Persephone on the right-side up was a little bad, along her lips and upper cheeks. It looked pretty good besides the quality though! I did have to take away a lot of points for model appearance because, it wasn’t the hair she had, somewhere along the comments and in the assignment we said that you were not able to change her hair color and length, and unfortunately you didn’t comply. On the contrary this was one of the most creative pictures we had! Brook’s Comments: You can really see the Hyena in this, like the ruffed up look and the laughing or smirking expression that you have shown. The eye makeup isn’t really a Hyena colour I think it’s a little too orange instead of more a browny dirty colour, including two of you is a good idea as you said they hunt in a pack. I think you done well for this assignment.
Allison: - Spoiler:
The Polar Bear
Elasticgirl’s comments: Wow this animal is like perfectly matched with your model! She seems like such a subtle character and Allison is really someone I would just want to hug. The pose is perfect because it shows she is quiet and a tad bit seductive. It also looks like she’s hiding a secret. I love her makeup and think it is definitely high fashion. The fur was an excellent touch too. The only thing really I can think of you improving on is maybe centering her more or having a more interesting background. I honestly don’t really have any comments on what to improve on. Beautiful job!!
Nicolla’s Comments: I honestly was so surprised, when we were talking you said editing with a laptop is hard, but you make it look so easy! This picture is almost perfect! The expression, and quality, and the whole picture were just amazing! I do wish the background was a bit different though. Also I think you took the easy way out on polar bear a little but, one of my favorite shots!
Brook’s Comments: You look adorable! You look like a baby Polar bear with the expression you have on your face, and the fluffy white hat and outfit really show the animal you are representing, I love how your eyelashes look somewhat frozen, showing us the habitat of where the Polar bear comes from. I hope to see more lovely work from you!
Indgrid: - Spoiler:
The Unicorn
Elasticgirl’s Comments: Wow you’re model is seriously stunning! I love her makeup—it definitely adds a very high fashion touch. I also love her expression—although it looks too high fashion and not enough of portraying the animal. There are a few things though that can be improved on. For one, I think you could’ve cropped out your model much better. I see a lot of white around her hair and neck. Also, the unicorn horn is pixelated and not cropped out as well either. I think this photo would also be more ideal if you added some highlighting shadows and maybe some depth shadows behind the horn and smoothed out the hair. I know you were strained on time, but I feel like you have so much amazing talent that you could’ve done a much better job.
Nicolla’s Comments: I think this was a complete let down. I was looking through your pictures and you’re so amazing, this isn’t! I think you would've gotten such a better score if you kept your old picture, besides the high fashion aspect I don’t like the photo at all. The expression is fierce, yes, but unicorns are sweet, and horns are on their forehead, and the setting you had before made me think unicorn, this one does nothing for me. The quality sucked. The horn was obviously edited, the hair looked really bad and the quality of the background was gritty. I was really surprised you sent this in...the model has some spots that were erased and the hair looked bad on the model overall, also, you had to respect your makeover which was orange. And I don’t think it was creative at all.
Brook’s Comments: Well I think this is an improvement to the first one you posted, but the horn STILL looks out of place and yours shadows are too prominent and dark, the eyelashes are too thick and big, they look weird on the animal you’re portraying, also your cropping is a choppy and a bit messy, on the good side I like your expression, you look very calm and relaxed.
Dana: - Spoiler:
The Moose
Elasticgirl’s Comments: OMG your model is absolutely GORGEOUS!!!! I cannot stop admiring her beautiful hair and beautiful eyes. I love the makeup—it is very subtle and not too high fashion (which is a downfall) but it is still fits the photo. I also love the hair—you did a superb job. The only thing I would recommend fixing about it is on her right shoulder either making the hair longer or making it more wispy and over her shoulder—it kind of looks like you forgot to finish drawing her hair. I love the antlers on her head—awesome! But I would imagine them a little larger with more shadows around the base of the antlers and behind them. I also think there should be a shadow under the head wrap on her forehead because it kind of looks like it was just placed there. Other than that I think this is a superb photo and one of the best! Keep up the superb work!!!
Nicolla’s Comments: I think you did well, but every score...you were at the top but not quite as 10. I like it, Dana looks very sweet, and innocent, its exaggerated the moose a bit much, but that’s not a bad thing. The quality of the headband and the antlers were a bit off, but The photo is really cute, one more thing is the hair drawing is a bit think for her face, but otherwise I think you had a nice average photo!
Brook’s Comments: I like the idea of using Moose antlers as clothing, but the horns on your head looks a bit small, your expression looks far too blank for that of a Moose, as they are quite proud, and fierce, majestic animals. Your don’t really blend into the background, you kind of looks stuck there, also your shadows are too dark especially under her neck whilst you can’t really see where the light comes from in your image. The texture of the fur headband looks a bit stretched and blurry but other than that I think your picture is good.
Zara: - Spoiler:
The Wolf
Elasticgirl’s Comments: Your model is gorgeous in a grotesque animalistic way. I love how you captured the beauty and essence in your model by making her look like a fierce and protective mother. I love the pose and the outfit. I just wish there was more resemblance to a wolf in this photo. I think although your mode is very pretty, she is supposed to be modeling high fashion at ALL TIMES. In this photo she lacks this aspect since she is wearing barely any makeup. I also wish we could see the baby more in this photo because without the description I would’ve wondered what that was behind your model. I also feel like although I like the dress, it looks more like a rock and something that will help your model camoflauge into the background. BUT wolves are distinguished by their beautiful colored coats and blazing eyes. I just feel like you could’ve represented your animal more in clothing wise aside from actions wise (protecting the baby). Other than this, good job!
Nicolla’s Comments: You probably had one of my favorite applications of the bunch, and you photograph like a caramel dream, I honestly thought you were going to have the number 1 picture...It was high fashion yes, but you could've added more, and the fur was more were-wolf then a white wolf...I was hoping you would do a white wolf, I also wish you would have done the "wolfs hunt in packs" because I think that’s more interesting...Also it looks horrific, like the babies are eating each other, and I was scared. I love her expression though, it’s very wolfish. The quality all around didn’t impress me, the fur was off, the rocks were off, and the spotlight was off. I think the overall appearance was okay, but didn’t wow me. Zara also looked great but the fur was a bit distracting, but I like the fact you went a different way with this!
Brook’s Comments: I like the story behind your image that you have written, but I don’t really like the pose you have put her in, it has a good fierce expression but the hands just looks like their floating in mid air. Your outfit looks a bit just stuck there, especially the bottom, it looks like its floating. Your cropping is a little choppy, on the hair but I like your picture none the less.

The bottom two are: - Spoiler:
Indgrid and Heather
Indgrid- We picked you because we think you have that gorgeous it girl look! Fierce as hell, and we gave you this weave because we knew you could work with it! You had it easier than some girls who gat half their hair shaved of. Your first turn in was "okay" nothing spectacular, but it didnt look like much work went into the second picture, quality was off, and there were some flaws that are unlookable, so we ask ourselves, you have the potential and the look, you had a good-ish first picture, and we can see the potential in you, but would you work hard enough and improve enough to be able to compete on the same level as the rest of the girls?
Heather- You have such a cute little face, and a sweet look, but this picture had some great flaws! You look amazing when you do the cute face stuff, but with this different expression it didn't come off very well! We all know of your talent, i showed the other judges your pictures and they said 'wow' and this picture was a let down, so we ask ourselves for you, she has this cute face and amazing capability for print, but when it comes to the hard stuff, and you cant rely on your prettiness and your cute face, what are you going to do, and how are you going to compete with these other girls?
SO WHO STAYS?- Spoiler:
We think you can improve enough to compete with these other girls.....
- Spoiler:
because we think with enough work on that facial expression, and working with your look, you will become skilled enough to compete with these other girls
- Spoiler:
HEATHER! [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]
That means the person leaving this competition with no longer a chance to be the SimEssence Next Top Model is…. - Spoiler:
WhiteCrow with Ingrid [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]Thank you WhiteCrow for participating. We really enjoyed having you and think you have so much talent waiting to be unleashed. We all hope to see you soon in the next cycle. The overall order of the models:- Spoiler:
1. Elizabeth 2. Justice 3. Jasmine 4. Kea 5. Allison 6. Farah 7. Gladice 8. Zara 9. Bao 10. Persephone 11. Dana 12. Imogen 13. Charlie 14. Heather

| Lol I just don't get how I'm supposed to find a short/long hair for every round. I asked before if we would keep the makeover for every round and you said: - Nicolla wrote:
- some assignments, you have to keep your makeover, som assignments you can add wigs or whatever.
So all I'm really trying to figure out is are we supposed to keep the same exact style for this round?? Or just the exact color??? EDIT: Also the hair on my model isn't short on one side...when I looked at that Newsea hair in CAS its just a side swept hair not really short on one side, so maybe that kind of style is what you meant in the first place? Idk

| I think I know what you mean and I try to explain! You need to keep the color of your Make-Over EVERY round but for some (special) assignments you can or need to change the lenght and the style of your hair because it's maybe mandatory! If so everything will be explained in the Assignment Hope I helped you in a way and if something is uncorrect, Nicolla or Elastic, repair me please! Edit: I think you don't need to use the same hair style every Assignment, just similiar ones!

| Some assignments you can put wigs or anything you want. For this assignment you have to be similar to your makeover, but you can add clip-ons or add a little but of a weave because that's what they do in RL.
I know KosmoKhaos, but the way I shot it was to make it look long and short but you can add clip-ons so to speak...to make it look longer, although for assignment 1 we would like for you to keep it the same-ish.

A small question: I did not see it mentioned in the first post, do we have to post our image in the subject or send it by PM?
